Vilim Strejček – Chief Financial Officer

Vilim is a finance professional with 14 years of experience in corporate finance. He focuses on strategic planning, financial control, reporting, and executive leadership within regional and international organizations. His industry background spans telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and IT.

Throughout his career, Vilim has successfully led finance teams, implemented modern ERP and BI systems, and supported business transformation through data-driven decision-making. Prior to joining Graia, he held the position of Director of Finance and Legal Affairs at Q d.o.o., a leading Croatian software development company. Earlier, he was responsible for corporate controlling at JGL, an international pharmaceutical company, and worked on financial planning and reporting for Hrvatski Telekom, a member of the Deutsche Telekom Group.

Ákos Vécsei  –  Chief Operating Officer

Ákos Vécsei graduated as a mathematician from the University of Szeged, Hungary. His deep-rooted passion for programming led him to transition into the IT industry immediately after completing his academic studies, beginning his career at Apple Computer, and later moving to Lucent Technologies (now Avaya).

In 2000, Ákos became a founding member of Geomant, a systems integration company focused on customer communication. As Group CEO, he led Geomant’s expansion from Hungary into the UK, Romania, the USA, and several other Central European countries. He played a key role in developing and spinning off Geomant’s CCaaS solution, Buzzeasy.

With a long-standing interest in artificial intelligence and neural networks dating back to his university years, Ákos is also a founding member of Graia.AI. Drawing on his extensive industry experience, he now serves as Chief Operating Officer, helping to drive Graia's mission in the evolving AI landscape and supporting the successful merger of its founding ICT companies.

Sahil Rekhi - Chief Revenue Officer

Sahil is a GTM leader with a proven track record, with 20 years of industry experience covering development & GTM of Customer Experience, AI , and Communications Solutions globally to businesses of all sizes, to drive accelerated revenue growth.

At Graia, Sahil is responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing, ensuring revenue performance globally. This includes demand generation, brand awareness, and all sales via direct sales, partner sales, and strategic alliances.Before Graia, Sahil was responsible for all indirect revenue globally via partner sales at Kore.ai.

He was also Managing Director EMEA for RingCentral, responsible for all sales and operations in the region. He holds an engineering degree in Telecommunications and networking.

Ana Pavičić - Head of People & Culture

Ana is an HR leader with almost 20 years of end-to-end people operations experience. She provides strategic HR leadership across the entire talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, rewards, and governance, partnering with leaders to translate talent strategy into measurable business results. Her industry background spans technology, professional services, media and entertainment, and SaaS.

She began her career at Microsoft, broadened her rewards expertise at KPMG, and then spent 12 years at HBO guiding HR for the Adria region and Bulgaria. Since 2022, she has headed HR at Bulb Tech, now part of the Graia group, where she drives culture-building and employee-experience initiatives and manages the complete HR portfolio. Known for her approachable, can-do style and detail-driven execution, Ana is a trusted ally to executives and employees, turning complex workforce challenges into clear, high-quality solutions.
